Shipments and returns

Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.  Standard rate shipping is done via First Class Mail for smaller packages and Parcel Post for larger package.  Expedited shipping is done via Priority Mail or Federal Express. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  Shipping is free for all Domestic orders over $100.

Returns

All customers returning product 7 days of receipt will be given a full refund excluding the shipping and handling cost. 

Warranty & Care

Yakpads, LLC strives to maintain the highest quality standards.  Equipment used for Kayaking and Canoeing must be well designed and made from the high quality materials.  Under normal circumstance of use and care our products should last for many years.  We offer a limited 1 year warranty for workmanship and materials.  Please return defective product to us with of proof of purchase and if upon return inspection we find that the product was defective we will repair or replace it.  It is important that customers follow the care and cleaning instructions.  Gently hand wash our products after use and allow them to thoroughly dry before storing.  Do not allow any of our product to lie out in the sun for extended periods when not in use.
